Caffeine for weight training increases testosterone

Avatar

Strength training athletes that just for a good dose of pure caffeine are taking when they leave the gym, a higher than normal testosterone levels. This sport researchers have tested on New Zealand rugby players. The higher the dose of caffeine, the greater the effect. Ingestion of 800 mg testosterone levels increased by 21 percent. A side effect of caffeine is that it allows for the creation of the current muscle cortisol. The intake of sugars reduces the production of cortisol by strength training. The combination of these two substances are not tested. I've even tried it myself. I had the idea that the caffeine worked. Because I had a very good workout that day, but this can also enjoy sitting between the ears. I would say try it myself once and tell me how you like it is.

Up in the gym!
