The last Friday before Christmas was the day, the 2nd time in 2009 that the members of Dynamos together a good piece of meat could enjoy. This time it was time for a sublime piece of steak 500g up, obviously purchased from our sponsor: Butcher Beerens.

In large numbers did you come to a pleasant evening of it, for us as organizers, Jarno and I, of course very nice to see! Some were overwhelmed by the amount of meat, but fortunately these were the most protein and creatine bomb is processed.
